Libraries 4 Life

Iain is a resident of Kettering and feels strongly about the threat to libraries because his local library as a teenager played a pivotal role in shaping his life and career in IT.

Sharing is caring:

Yesterday's "Stuart Linnel at Breakfast" show on BBC Radio Northampton discussed the threat to our libraries quite extensively, with various interviews of members of the public involved with public libraries and library friends' groups.

One of those interviewed was Graham Croucher from St James Residents Association and part of the Option 4 Team and campaign.

You can listen to the show on the BBC's website by clicking here, and you can listen to Graham's interview by going to the 2:19:10 time-mark.

Throughout the show there are also interviews with people from campaigns for Thrapston Library and Middleton Cheney Library as well as discussions on other cuts currently being proposed by the County Council.
